SAID SALIM BAWAZIR TOOTHPASTE & SWEETENER FACTORY recognizes its responsibility as a
provider of quality & food safety products. To this end, we has developed and documented a Integrated
Management System to better satisfy the needs of its customers and to improve management of the
business. The safety system complies with the International Standard ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management
System and International Standard ISO 22000:2005, Food Safety Management Systems.

We always ensure quality and food safety of the product, keeping the production process under control,
maintaining product consistency, and make continual improvements in order to produce product that meet
the requirement and customer expectation.

The Application Scope of SAID SALIM BAWAZIR TOOTHPASTE & SWEETENER FACTORY is covering all
activities related to the production of Toothpaste, Mouthwash, Sweetener including equipment, receiving of
materials, storage, mixing, filling, packing, quality inspection, distribution. The raw materials used are the raw
materials that have been selected and approved by R & D.

This manual has been prepared to define the management system, establish responsibilities of the personnel
affected by the system, and to provide general procedures for all activities comprising the management
system. In addition, this manual is utilized for the purpose of informing our customers of the management
system and what specific controls are implemented to assure product quality & food safety.
