‫ذ‬ 3:182
இதற்கு காபணம் முன்஦மநமன உங்கள் கககள் செய்து
அனுப்஧ின சகட்ட செனல்கம஭னாகும்; ஥ிச்ெனநாக அல்஬ாஹ்
தன் அடினார்களுக்கு எவ்யித அ஥ீதியும் செய்஧ய஦ல்஬ன்.

ْ ‫ص ْيبَةٌ ۢ ِب َما قَ َّد َم‬

‫ت ا َ ْي ِد ْي ِه ْم ث ُ َّم َجا ٓ ُء ْو َك‬ ِ ‫صابَتْ ُه ْم ُّم‬ َ َ ‫ْف اِذَ ۤا ا‬
َ ‫فَ َكي‬ 4:62

َ ‫اّٰلل اِ ْن ا َ َر ْدن َۤا اِ َّ َّۤل اِ ْح‬

 ‫سانًـا َّوت َ ْو ِف ْيقًا‬ ِ ‫ن ِب ه‬ ۖ َ ‫يَ ْح ِلفُ ْو‬
.4:62அயர்க஭ின் கககள் முற்஧டுத்தினனுப்஧ின தீயிக஦னின்
காபணத்தால், அயர்களுக்குத் துன்஧ம் ஏற்஧ட்டால்
எப்஧டினிருக்கும்? அப்ச஧ாழுது அயர்கள் உம்நிடம் யந்து
அல்஬ாஹ்யின் மநல் ெத்தினம் செய்து “஥ாங்கள்
஥ன்கநகனயும் ஒற்றுகநகனயும் தயிப (மயச஫தக஦யும்)
஥ாடயில்க஬” என்று கூறுகின்஫஦ர்.
 ‫ظ ََّّل ٍم ِلّ ْـلعَ ِب ْي ِد‬
َ ‫ْس ِب‬
َ ‫ّٰللا لَـي‬ ْ ‫ ٰذ ِل َك ِب َما قَ َّد َم‬8:51
‫ت ا َ ْي ِد ْي ُك ْم َوا َ َّن َه‬

8:51. இதற்கு காபணம், உங்கள் கககள் முன்஦மநமன

செய்தனுப்஧ின (஧ாயச்)செனல்கம஭னாம் - ஥ிச்ெனநாக
அல்஬ாஹ்(தன்) அடினார்களுக்கு ஒரு ெி஫ிதும் அ஥ினானம்
செய்னநாட்டான்.

‫ت ا َ ْي ِد ْي ِه ْم فَيَق ْول ْوا‬ ٌ
ْ ‫ص ْيبَة ِب َما قَ َّد َم‬
ِ ‫ص ْيبَـ ُه ْم ُّم‬ ِ ُ ‫ َولَ ْو َ َّۤل ا َ ْن ت‬28:47
 ‫س ْو ًَّل فَنَـت َّ ِب َع ٰا ٰيتِ َك َونَـ ُك ْو َن ِم َن ْال ُمؤْ ِمنِي َْن‬
ُ ‫ت اِلَـ ْينَا َر‬ َ ‫َربَّنَا لَ ْو َ َّۤل ا َ ْر‬
َ ‫س ْل‬
அயர்களுகடன கககள் செய்து முற்஧டுத்தின (தீ)யிக஦ காபணநாக,
அயர்களுக்கு ஏமதனும் மொதக஦ யரும்ம஧ாது அயர்கள்: “எங்கள்
இக஫யா! ஥ீ எங்களுக்குத் தூதர் ஒருயகப அனுப்஧ிகயத்திருக்க
மயண்டாநா? அப்ம஧ாது ஥ாங்கள் உன் யெ஦ங்கக஭ ஧ின்஧ற்஫ி
஥ாங்களும் முஃநின்க஭ில் உள்஭யர்க஭ாகினிருப்ம஧ாமந!” என்று
கூ஫ாதிருக்கும் ச஧ாருட்டும் (உம்கந அயர்க஭ிகடமன தூதபாக
அனுப்஧ிம஦ாம்).

َ ‫ص ْب ُه ْم‬ ِ ُ ‫اس َر ْح َمةً فَ ِر ُح ْوا ِب َهاؕ َواِ ْن ت‬
َ َّ ‫ن‬‫ال‬ ‫َا‬ ‫ن‬‫ق‬ْ َ ‫ذ‬َ ‫ا‬ ۤ
‫ا‬ َ‫ َواِذ‬30:36
 ‫ط ْو َن‬ ُ َ‫ت ا َ ْي ِد ْي ِه ْم اِذَا ُه ْم يَ ْقن‬
ْ ‫ِب َما قَ َّد َم‬

30:36. இன்னும் ஥ாம் ந஦ிதர்கக஭ (஥ம்) பஹ்நத்கத ருெிக்க

(அனு஧யிக்க)ச் செய்தால். அயர்கள் அகதக் சகாண்டு
நகிழ்கி஫ார்கள்; ஆ஦ால் அயர்களுகடன கககள்முன்஦மப
செய்துள்஭கதக் சகாண்டு ஒரு தீங்கு அயர்களுக்கு ெம்஧யித்து
யிட்டால் அயர்கள் ஥ிபாகெப்஧ட்டு யிடுகி஫ார்கள்.
 ‫اس‬ ِ َّ‫ت ا َ ْي ِدى الن‬ َ ‫سا ُد فِى ْالبَ ِ ّر َو ْالبَ ْح ِر ِب َما َك‬
ْ َ‫سب‬ َ َ‫ظ َه َر ْالف‬

‫ع ِملُ ْوا لَعَلَّ ُه ْم يَ ْر ِجعُ ْو َن‬
َ ‫ى‬ْ ‫ض الَّ ِذ‬ َ ‫ِليُ ِذ ْيقَ ُه ْم بَ ْع‬
 30:41
.30:41ந஦ிதர்க஭ில் கககள் மதடிக்சகாண்ட (தீச் செனல்க஭ின்)
காபணத்தால் கட஬ிலும் தகபனிலும் (஥ாெமும்) குமப்஧மும்
மதான்஫ி஦; (தீகநக஭ி஬ிருந்து) அயர்கள் திரும்஧ியிடும் ச஧ாருட்டு
அயர்கள் செய்தார்கம஭ (தீயிக஦கள்) அயற்஫ில் ெி஬யற்க஫
(இவ்வு஬கிலும்) அயர்கள் சுகயக்கும்஧டி அயன் செய்கி஫ான்.

َ ‫ظاؕ اِ ْن‬ َ ‫س ْل ٰن َك‬
ً ‫علَ ْي ِه ْم َح ِف ْي‬ َ ‫ض ْوا فَ َم ۤا ا َ ْر‬ُ ‫ فَا ِْن ا َ ْع َر‬42:48

 ‫ان َكفُ ْو ٌر‬ َ ‫س‬ ِ ْ ‫ت ا َ ْي ِد ْي ِه ْم فَا َِّن‬
َ ‫اَّل ْن‬ ْ ‫ِب َما قَ َّد َم‬
42:48. எ஦ினும் (஥஧ிமன!) அயர்கள் பு஫க்கணித்து யிட்டால் (஥ீர்
கயக஬யு஫ாதீர்); ஥ாம் உம்கந அயர்கள் நீ து ஧ாதுகாய஬பாக
அனுப்஧யில்க஬; (தூதுச் செய்திகன எடுத்துக் கூ஫ி) எத்திகயப்஧து
தான் உம்நீ து கடகநனாகும்; இன்னும், ஥ிச்ெனநாக ஥ம்முகடன
பஹ்நத்கத - ஥ல்஬ருக஭ ந஦ிதர்கள் சுகயக்கும்஧டிச் செய்தால்,
அது கண்டு அயர்கள் நகிழ்கி஫ார்கள்; ஆ஦ால்
அயர்களுகடன கககள் முற்஧டுத்தியுள்஭ (஧ாயத்தின் காபணத்)தால்
அயர்களுக்குத் தீங்கு ம஥ரிட்டால் - ஥ிச்ெனநாக ந஦ிதன் ஥ன்஫ி
சகட்டு நாறு செய்஧ய஦ாக இருக்கின்஫ான்.
We start our discussion with the following
verse:
"Everything good that happens to you (O
Man) is from God, everything bad that
happens to you is from your own actions".
(Quran 4:79)2.
• "O Mankind: There has come to you a
direction from your Lord and a healing for the
(disease) in your hearts - and for those who
believe a guidance and mercy!" (Quran 10:57
• "And We sent down in the Quran that which is
healing and a mercy to those who believe: to
the unjust it causes nothing but loss after
loss". (Quran 17:82).
• "O mankind: Eat of what is lawful and good on earth"
(Quran 2: 168).
• Forbidden to us are dead meat, blood and flesh of
swine (see Quran 5:3) and intoxicants (Quran 5:91, 92,
and 2:219).
• "But waste not by excess for God loves not the
wasters" (Quran 7:31).
• "Eat of the good things we have provided for your
sustenance, but commit no excess therein, lest my
wrath should justly descend on you, and those on
whom descends my wrath do perish indeed" (Quran
20:81).
• "And from the fruits of date palm and grapes
you get wholesome drink and nutrition:
Behold in this is a sign for those who are wise"
(Quran 16:67).
• "And if God touches thee with affliction, none
can remove it but He: if He touches thee with
happiness He has power over all things."
(Quran 6:17).
 Surah Jatheyah, 45:18

• “ ...then we gave you a Sharia in

religion, follow it, and do not follow the
lust of those who do not know...”
CATEGORIES OF OBJECTIVES OF SYARI’AH
 2-PROTECTION OF AL-NAFS (Life)
• Protecting everyone's life is obligatory to each and every
individual and societies.
• In the capital punishment for murder, even though one’s
life is lost because of the crime, it leads to saving many
more lives as the punishment will deter others from
committing such heinous crime.

• “ and there is (a saving of) life for you in al-qisas (the law of
equality in punishment), O men of understanding, that you
may become al-muttaqin (the pious)”
– ( al-Baqarah:179)
"There is no disease that Allah has created,
except that He also has created its
treatment."

"Make use of medical treatment, for Allah has

not made a disease without appointing a
remedy for it, with the exception of one
disease, name was old age."

"Allah has sent down both the disease and

the cure, and He has appointed a cure for
every disease, so treat yourselves medically."

"The one who sent down the disease sent

down the remedy."
