Zamena belog brašna kokosovim:


Što se tiče kokosovog brašna, količina koja se dodaje u smesu za patišpanj je do 1/2 od količine
pšeničnog brašna koju biste dodali prema vašem originalnom receptu. Razlog zbog kojeg se dodaje mala
količina kokosa je njegova moć upijanja tečnosti. Ono što je takođe bitno za kreiranje smese od
kokosovog brašna je količina jaja koja se dodaje. Na svakih 100gr pšeničnog brašna prema originalnom
receptu se dodaje 1 jaje više. Na primer, ako recept iziskuje 300gr brašna i 2 jaja, recept za smesu od
kokosovog brašna će biti 150gr kokosa i 5 jaja, mada najbitnije je da se obraća pažnja na konzistenciju
smese u svakom trenutku jer kokos brzo isušuje smesu.

Zamena belog brašna pirinčanim


U odnosu na pšenično brašno, količina pirinčanog brašna bez glutena se može duplirati. Ono što je
karakteristično za pirinčano brašno je gruba tekstura ali je ukus fenomenalan, posebno kada se prelije
sirupom. Ispečena kora je sočna i intenzivnog čokoladnog ukusa.
