Detox Juices

Recommendation: Leave the ingredients chopped the day before, this will
save you time when making your juice in the morning.

1. DETOX JUICE WITH GOJI BERRIES, STRAWBERRY, BEETROOT,


WATERMELON AND ORANGE

Ingredients

1⁄2 small peeled beets;

1 tablespoon of goji berries;

1 cup frozen strawberries;

100 ml of coconut water;

50 ml orange juice;

50 ml watermelon juice (seedless).

How to prepare: Blend all ingredients in a blender or mixer. Serve later.

2. DETOX JUICE WITH BEETROOT, YOGURT AND ORANGE

Ingredients

1 small peeled beet;

1/2 jar of natural low-fat yogurt;

100 ml of ice water;

1 orange (juice).

How to prepare: Mix all the ingredients in a blender and serve immediately.
3. DETOX JUICE WITH GOJI BERRIES, BEETROOT, STRAWBERRY,
ORANGE AND COCONUT WATER

Ingredients

1 small peeled beet;

1 tablespoon of goji berries;

6 chopped strawberries without the stem;

150 ml of water or coconut water;

50 ml orange juice.

How to prepare: Mix all the ingredients in a blender and serve immediately.

4. DETOX JUICE WITH GOJI BERRIES, BEETROOT, GINGER AND


WATERMELON

Ingredients

1 small peeled beet;

Half an apple without seeds;

1 ginger chip;

200 ml seedless watermelon juice;

1 tablespoon of goji berries.

How to prepare: Mix all ingredients and drink afterwards.


5. DETOX JUICE WITH BEETROOT, ORANGE, STRAWBERRY AND
YOGURT

Ingredients

1 small peeled beet;

4 strawberries;

1 orange (juice);

1 glass of ice water;

1 plain low-fat yogurt.

How to prepare: Centrifuge the beets. Mix with the other ingredients and serve
immediately. Add ice, if preferred.

6. DETOX JUICE WITH BEETROOT, CELERY, SPINACH AND


CILANTRO

Ingredients

4-5 stalks of celery;

1 small peeled beet;

4 spinach stalks;

1 sprig of cilantro;

1 glass of ice water.

How to prepare: Mix all the ingredients in a blender and serve immediately.
7. DETOX JUICE WITH BEETROOT, APPLE AND FENNEL

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped fennel stalk;

1/2 peeled beet;

2 seedless apples;

1 glass of water;

3 or 4 drops of sweetener.

How to prepare: Beat all ingredients well in a blender. Serve with ice to taste.

8. DETOX JUICE WITH BEETROOT, WATERMELON, CELERY AND


LEMON

Ingredients

1/2 peeled beetroot

1/2 seedless green apple

Juice of 1/2 lemon

2 tablespoons of mint leaves

1 glass of water

Honey to taste

How to prepare: Peel the beet and cut into pieces. Cut the apple into pieces with
its peel. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed. Serve and
consume.
9. DETOX JUICE WITH BEETROOT, ORANGE, CARROT AND
GINGER

Ingredients

1 peeled beet;

1 small peeled carrot;

1 orange (juice);

150 ml of water;

Ginger to taste.

How to prepare: Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Serve immediately.

10. DETOX JUICE WITH BEETROOT, CUCUMBER AND CARROT

Ingredients

1⁄2 peeled beets;

1⁄2 cucumber washed with peel;

1 peeled carrot;

1 glass of water.

How to prepare: Wash the ingredients, peel the carrot and beet and beat
everything in a blender. Consume immediately.
11. DETOX JUICE WITH BEETROOT, GOJI BERRIES, RASPBERRY
AND HIBISCUS

Ingredients

1 small peeled beet;

1 tablespoon of goji berries;

1 tablespoon of fresh or frozen raspberries;

200 ml of hibiscus tea.

How to prepare: Blend ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes. Serve


immediately.

12. DETOX JUICE WITH BEETROOT, APPLE, GINGER, LEMON


AND FLAXSEED

Ingredients

1 small peeled beet;

1 apple with peel (without seeds);

1 tablespoon flaxseed meal;

1 teaspoon ginger;

1 lemon (juice);

200 ml of water.

How to prepare: Blend the beets, apple, water, lemon juice and ginger. Sift this
mixture and put it back in the blender. Add the flaxseed, a little ice and blend
again.
13. DETOX JUICE WITH BEETROOT, STRAWBERRY,
POMEGRANATE, AND WATERMELON
Ingredients

1 small peeled beet;

1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds;

5 fresh strawberries without the stem;

1 tablespoon of mint leaves;

50 ml of seedless watermelon juice;

200 ml of coconut water.

How to prepare: Mix all ingredients in a blender. Serve over ice, if preferred.

14. DETOX JUICE WITH BEETROOT, CELERY, GINGER AND


PITAYA FRUIT
Ingredients

1 glass of coconut water;

1 purple pitaya;

1⁄2 peeled beets;

1⁄2 squeezed Sicilian lemon;

1 stalk celery;

1 piece of ginger to taste.

How to prepare: Put the ingredients in a blender and blend well. Add ice to
taste.
15. DETOX JUICE WITH BEETROOT, CABBAGE, GINGER, APPLE
AND CHIA SEEDS

Ingredients

1 small beets;

2 cabbage leaves;

1⁄4 cup parsley;

1 seedless apple;

Juice of 1 lemon;

1 small piece of ginger;

1 tablespoon of chia seeds;

200 ml of water.

How to prepare: Beat all ingredients in a blender.

16. DETOX JUICE WITH BEETROOT, WATERMELON, CELERY AND


LEMON
Ingredients

1 chopped beet;

200 ml watermelon juice (seedless);

2 stalks of celery;

Juice of 1/2 lemon.

How to prepare: Blend the watermelon, juice of 1/2 lemon and beets in a
blender. Then incorporate the celery and blend again. Serve immediately.
17. DETOX JUICE WITH BEETROOT, APPLE, CUCUMBER,
BLACKBERRIES AND MINT

Ingredients

1 small beetroot, peeled;

1 apple, with skin (seedless);

1/2 cucumber, washed and peeled;

A handful of blackberries;

Mint leaves;

1 glass of water.

How to prepare: Wash, peel and cut the beet and cucumber into not too large
pieces so that they will fit in the blender or food processor without any problem.
Wash and cut the apple, keeping the skin, which will provide fiber. Wash the
blackberries and mint leaves. Pass all the ingredients through the blender or food
processor and serve. If you want, you can add some ice cubes.

18. DETOX JUICE WITH BEETROOT, APPLE AND CARROT

Ingredients

1 peeled carrot;

1 peeled beet;

1 apple with peel (without seeds);

100 ml of water.

How to prepare: Mix all ingredients in a blender, serve cold.


Detox Foods and their Benefits

Beetroot: It has many health benefits, it is rich in magnesium


and vitamin C, which are detoxifying properties. And its main
