INTRODUCTION

A Silent Epidemic

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to thank you for purchasing the Health
Solution.

This guide is more than just a collection of common advice; it is a system that
works to address high blood pressure naturally and from many different angles.
Instead of focusing on the symptoms, which is what medications do, we attack
the underlying cause of hypertension. This creates a synergistic effect that will
dramatically elevate your health and in turn lower your blood pressure to normal
levels.

Let's be clear: I'm not suggesting that you avoid your doctor! What I am
suggesting is that you consider that the fuel you put into your body has a direct
impact on how your body functions. The solutions I offer are not bizarre or
controversial, they simply eliminate things that raise blood pressure and
incorporate things that lower it naturally. It's really quite simple.

Let's assume that you have been diagnosed with or feel fairly certain that you
have prehypertension or hypertension.

Unfortunately, most people don't find out until it's too late.
The Silent Killer

Before I start teaching you how to lower your blood pressure naturally, I want you
to realize how serious hypertension is.

High blood pressure has been called the "silent killer" because much of the
damage it causes does not immediately present any noticeable signs, such as
pain or discomfort. Instead, it works silently to undermine your health with
devastating consequences.

Let's start, then, with some facts:

Did you know that high blood pressure is listed as a leading or contributing cause
of death for more than 10 million people worldwide each year? It is the leading
cause of stroke and one of the main causes of myocardial infarction.
Approximately 69% of people who suffer a first myocardial infarction, 77% of those
who suffer a first stroke and 74% of those who suffer congestive heart failure also
have high blood pressure.

More than 70% of the world's adult population suffers from high blood pressure.
That's nearly one in three adults. And another 30% of the population has pre-
hypertension, meaning that their high blood pressure readings are not yet high
enough to cause serious harm, but without immediate changes, they will reach
that point very soon.

In total, some 1.28 billion adults worldwide suffer from a disease that, if left
unchecked, can lead to stroke, heart attack, kidney damage and even brain
damage.

As you can see, high blood pressure is not only a silent killer, but it has also
become a silent epidemic.
