• Is a partly completed machine in according article 2g and only intended to be incorporated into
or assembled with other machinery or equipment

• Following essential health and safety requirements in accordance with Annex I of this Directive
are applied and fulfilled.
Annex I, Article: 1.1.3, 1.1.5, 1.3.2, 1.3.4, 1.5.1, 1.5.2, 1.5.5, 1.5.6, 1.5.7

• The relevant technical documentation has been compiled in accordance part B of Annex VII
and will be sent to the national authorities on a reasoned request as a digital file.

• Does comply with the provisions of the following other EC directives:

Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU

and that
• the following harmonized standard have been applied:
EN746-2:2010 - EN60204-1:2006
• the following national technical standards and/or specifications have been used: Eclipse
Standard Design Practice

and furthermore declares that it is not allowed to put the machinery into service until the
machinery into which it is to be incorporated or of which it is to be a component has been
found and declared to be in conformity with the provisions of Directive 2006/42/EC and with
national implementing legislation, i.e. as a whole, including the machinery referred to in this
declaration.
