My previous experience working in as an Assistant for over 3 years has provided me


with the ability to work well under pressure and handle sensitive information with
the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion. I am also highly proficient
in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word, which would enable me to
efficiently and accurately prepare and distribute all necessary documentation in an
accurate and timely manner.

I am excited about the opportunity to serve as the front line of communication for
your organization, receiving orders directly from farmer customers and retail co-
ops, and providing excellent customer service by accurately responding to customer
enquiries. Furthermore, I am eager to act as backup to the sales team, providing
accurate product knowledge to customers and accurate feedback to the sales team.

I am also excited about the opportunity to work with LCF, by managing the petty
cash within the office, reconciling transactions, and reviewing and analyzing bulk
inventory on a daily basis. And ordering commodities based on the production
requirements, while staying within the confines of tank availability and
restrictions.
