In my current position at Cover Desk Philippines as Virtual Assistant-Service Agent, I have

gained valuable experience in customer service, including responding to customer inquiries,
resolving complaints in relation to billing and policy issues, and providing assistance with
product and service offerings. I am skilled in communicating effectively with customers, both
over the phone and through email.

Additionally, I have experience in data processing, including data entry, data analysis, and
database management. I’ve recently handled EPIC system and currently managing Agency
Matrix for my client now. I am proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to manage
data and generate reports. I am also adept at using customer relationship management (CRM)
software to maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up.

Furthermore, I have vast exposure to international clients, especially in the US, by being a
support specialist for Western Union and used to graveyard shift.

researcher I am able to identify the issue quickly and provide solutions to my clients.
