We have read the Handbook (Page Nos. 83 & 84) and noted the contents. In connection
with the same we are submitting, this letter of acceptance of the school fee. We are aware
of “The Tamil Nadu Schools (Regulation of Collection of Fee) Act, 2009” and about the
Committee appointed by the Government of Tamil Nadu. We have also studied Sec.7(3) of
the said act.

Considering the competitive world, we wish to provide the best facilities, comforts and
teaching-learning environment for our ward in this school. In the prevailing atmosphere,
we are concerned about the future of our ward and are willing to accept on our own accord
and free-will, the Fee fixed by the school year after year, without any compulsion or
coercion from the school authorities, for a better learning environment. We confirm that
the Management does not collect any capitation fee or donation or any other amount in
cash, other than what we pay through the bank transfer.

We request the school authorities to continue to provide all the facilities that are needed
and hitherto been provided to our ward. There will be no occasion for us to go against this
consent letter or to prefer a complaint against the school, to any authorities. We are
thankful to the Management for its sincere efforts to provide the best Services in the field
of education with values and ethics to our ward.
