If you have already applied for admission to a school and paid fees for it, but
later decide to transfer to another school, you can request a refund from the
previous school’s administration and inform them of your desire not to be
admitted. This can be accomplished by the student or his/her parents
by submitting a fee refund application. Let us look at how to write a fee refund
application and a few sample letters.

Answer. Colleges will not refund fees in the middle of the academic year, but if
you want to change colleges, you can get your original certificates by paying any
remaining fees.
