Fee Refund Application

A fee refund application letter is a formal document in which you request a fee
refund from the university or college to which you applied. It’s usually written
after you’ve already paid the application fees and realize you won’t be able to
attend the school. You must submit a fee refund application to your school’s
principal, informing him or her of the problem. You can get a refund after the
principal approves it.

Procedure for Obtaining a Refund of the Fee

Write a letter of request to the college principal, explaining why you want
the refund.

Show the fee payment receipts to the administration department after

approval to receive the refund.
