Study Gaps and Employment Information (if applicable) (approx. 40 words)

As soon as I passed out 12 th grade, my parents and I, together, had to research couple of months about the pros and cons of abroad study plan
and after that, it took me another 4 months to prepare the PTE test. After six months of plan and PTE Test result, I approached a local agent in
July 2022 to apply for February Intake 2023, which got differed to September Intake 2023. Hence, the total gap will be eighteen months, but I
am in constant research about the country, course and even curriculum of my subject I am intending to study in Australia.

Why don’t you want to study in your own country? (approx.50 words)

Nepal is still in early stage of development, and while its education system is improving, it still lacks high-quality degree program compared to
Australia. The education system is still having out-dated teaching and assessment methods, similar literature, a lack of training and advanced
equipment for teachers, and system that operates traditionally. Furthermore, most Nepalese bachelor’s degree program lasts four years with
delays in results adding to an extra length of our previous time.

Study Motives – Why choose this Program? (approx. 70 words)

This program is consistent with the subjects I took in my high school, which were accountancy, economics, and marketing. I wish to further
advance my knowledge regarding how the actual business operates in real life since the way this course is taught at Federation has a lot of
assignments that may directly connect me with the businesses while completing the modules at various levels. Upon successful completion of
this program, I wish to have career option at a management level of various departments of business. As well as starting my own venture in
future, which I believe will be the perfect return on investment (ROI) of my time, money, and energy.

Study Motives – Why choose Federation University and Australia? Research about your Education provider (approx.50 words)

As soon as I heard about this institution from a friend, I personally got very impressed by the number of international students it is hosting
currently, the mission and vision of transforming lives and enhancing communities through its standard quality of education and the scholarship
award being cherry on cake. This 150 years old institution has multiple locations, just in case if I am required to change and is also an authentic
institution to choose, especially because of the commitment made by the university to support international students.

Education Outcome: What are your future plans (approx. 70 words)

My plan is to become an entrepreneur since I believe that working for others may have a direct impact in our day-to-day lifestyle. In context of
Nepal turning rapidly into online operating model and consumers being adaptative to online payment system, I could perhaps choose something
in online business model. However, Nepal is also showing some positive signs in manufacturing industry, especially in the consumer goods in
Nepali brands, I may choose to do something in this sector, too. On top of everything, I will be joining my parents after I finish my studies and
could start something with Australian Degree, which I believe will be the most valuable outcome of my future.

What are your ties to Home Country? (approx. 50 words)

On one hand, my objective of “Education Outcome” will be my personal reason to return to Nepal and on the other hand and most importantly, I
am the single sibling of my parents, and it is impossible to imagine my future without them being in my life. The socio-economic of the country
seems to have created more opportunities in a rapid speed, which gives me enough incentives to return bac to Nepal with Australian Degree.

Living arrangements in Australia (approx. 20 words)

I have never left my family and my country before. However, once I get visa, I am sure I will not have any option not to do so. I am planning to
stay at hostel for the first few months and then look out the opportunities to stay as a paying guests to learn more about Australian ways of
socialisation.

300 - 400 words (2000 character) Statement of Purpose for inclusion in visa application

My name is Avneet Koirala, and I am 19 years old, residing at Khairahani, Chitwan, Nepal. Our family is a small family of three members, my
father, Mother, and myself as a single child. My Father's name is Tej Bahadur Koirala, who has been working at Hamad International Airport in
Qatar for over a decade and a half.

He earns approximately around Rs. 2.8 million (Two Million and Eight Hundred Thousand Nepali Rupees Only) per annum, which is equivalent to
slightly over AUD $31,000 (Thirty-One Thousand Australian Dollar only) as per today’s exchange rate. I can confirm that the income my father
makes is enough to cover my stay and study in Australia. My Mother’s name is Anu Koirala, and she is a housewife who takes care of major
household activities, helping me achieve my goal. It is certainly not easy to explain in words how grateful am I to my parents for their hard work
and love to support me succeed in life. Since we don’t have anyone living in Australia, I hope I will make my parents proud of me when I come
back after completing my studies from Australia.
