Subject: Request for an Opportunity to Appear for 5th Semester Exams

Dear Principal Sir,

We hope this letter finds you in the best of health and spirits. We, the students of
Priyadarshini College of Engineering, are writing to express our deep concern and
seek your kind intervention in an issue that has recently come to our attention.

Firstly, we would like to acknowledge and appreciate the efforts undertaken by the
college administration to ensure a smooth academic journey for all students. We
understand the challenges posed by the constantly evolving academic landscape and
the intricacies associated with managing a diverse student body.

However, we regret to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that has

adversely affected several students. It appears that there was an inadvertent error or
miscommunication regarding the dissemination of information concerning the criteria
for the 5th-semester examination form. As a result, many of us were inadvertently
discontinued from appearing for the 5th-semester exams, without being properly
informed about the necessary guidelines and procedures for form submission.

We sincerely believe that this occurrence was not deliberate, and we understand the
challenges faced by the college administration in managing various academic aspects.
Nevertheless, we are writing to request your benevolence in rectifying this situation
by granting us an opportunity to appear for the 5th-semester exams. We assure you
that we are prepared to fulfill any additional requirements or formalities necessary for
this purpose.

In this regard, we kindly request the college administration to issue a letter to the
university, acknowledging the inadvertent mistake on the part of the college in not
providing us with the essential information pertaining to the 5th-semester examination
form criteria. We believe that such a formal communication from the college to the
university would help rectify this issue and ensure that the affected students are given
a fair chance to prove their academic abilities.

We remain optimistic that, with your esteemed guidance and support, this issue can be
resolved amicably, and the affected students can be allowed to appear for the 5th-
semester examinations. We are ready to comply with any necessary procedures and
regulations required to facilitate this process.

Thank you for your time and understanding in this matter. We look forward to a
positive resolution and a fair opportunity to demonstrate our academic competence.

Yours sincerely,
