Assalam u Alaikum, I hope you are well. I am writing to express my sincere concern regarding my
upcoming 4rth semester fee payment for the Computer Science M.S.C program. I have always prioritized
my education and have been a dedicated and diligent student. However, I am currently facing some
serious financial issues that are making it challenging for me to meet the fee payment deadline for this
semester.

I kindly request your consideration in the following matters:

1. Extension of Fee Payment Deadline: Given my financial constraints, I am struggling to pay the
4rth semester fees within the designated time frame. I humbly request that you grant me an
extension for the fee payment deadline, allowing me to make the payment without incurring
any late fee charges. This extension will provide me with the necessary time to arrange the
required funds.
2. Permission for Installment Payment: If extending the deadline is not feasible, I would like to
request your permission to pay the 4rth semester fee in installments. I have consistently paid my
fees for the past three semesters on time, and I am committed to fulfilling my financial
obligations. However, my current circumstances require a more flexible payment arrangement
to ensure that I can continue my studies uninterrupted.

I kindly request you to consider my situation and grant the extension or permission for installment
payment. Your understanding and support in this matter would significantly alleviate the stress I am
currently facing.
