RE: REQUEST TO LOWER THE COMPROMISE PENALTY

Madam:

This has reference to my renewal application for Authority to Print (ATP) Receipts and
Invoices for my business, PT Construction and Supply. My unused receipts had already
expired, and I fully understand that there is a compromise penalty in the amount of Php
20,000.00 for late application.

With this, I would like to respectfully request from your good office for a reduction of
said penalty in the amount of Php 10,000.00 as I was not able to accomplish the
application in due time because the staff in charge for this application was rendered its
resignation. The workload and the schedules caused me to inadvertently miss the
deadline of applying for a new authority.
