1. Timely Delivery:

Under normal business circumstances, XYZ will ensure the delivery of all services within the specified time
period communicated through our portal.

2. Remote Service Delivery:

XYZ provides ABC services remotely to individuals and businesses and does not facilitate any in-person
visits by its experts to the customer's location for any of the services provided.

3. Pricing:

XYZ publishes the prices for all services offered through its marketplace platform. However, XYZ reserves
the right to change the prices of these services at any point in time.

4. Special Offers:

XYZ may offer special discounts on its services to customers from time to time. Customers can avail such
offers using unique discount codes shared with them.

5. Cordial Business Relationship:

XYZ expects to maintain a respectful and cordial business relationship with its customers. However, if a
customer's behavior is found to be extremely unreasonable or rude towards XYZ staff or experts, XYZ
reserves the right to cancel the order and terminate the agreement. In such cases, any payment made to XYZ
will be forfeited by the customer.

6. Plan Validity:

Any plan purchased will be valid for a maximum period of 1 year from the date of purchase. All services
included in the plan must be delivered within this one-year duration. XYZ reserves the right to cancel the
order after one year, and any payment made to XYZ will be forfeited by the customer.

7. Advanced Plan Fulfillment:

For plans purchased in advance, XYZ will contact the customer to fulfill the order within a reasonable
timeframe before the plan expires or the deadline approaches. Customers are requested to cooperate with
XYZ to ensure timely service delivery.

8. Deadline Fulfillment:

In cases where a service must be delivered before a deadline (e.g., tax filing), XYZ will provide the customer
with an estimated time required for fulfillment. The customer's cooperation is essential for timely service
delivery. XYZ shall not bear the cost of any interest or penalty imposed on customers by other parties in case
of any delay in order fulfillment.

9. Compliance and Refusal of Orders:

XYZ operates within the legal and regulatory framework of the country. We conduct our business in good
faith and complete transparency. XYZ reserves the right to refuse any order that cannot be fulfilled within
the legal and regulatory guidelines of the country.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

XYZ shall maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the customer, except for information
already in the public domain. XYZ will not release, use, or disclose confidential information without the
prior written permission of the customer or unless required by law or court order. However, XYZ may share
the information with relevant parties directly involved or as necessary to fulfill its obligations.
