Dear Afroz Ahmad,

This letter serves as a formal contract for the freelance services to be rendered by you, Afroz Ahmad,
to Highind Clinical Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for the period of January 2023 to December 2023. The contract
outlines the scope of work, terms and conditions, and payment details for the services mentioned
below:

1. Scope of Work:
 Website Development: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and
maintaining our company's website, including but not limited to creating and updating
web pages, implementing new features, and ensuring its functionality and usability.
 Maintenance: You will perform regular updates, bug fixes, and security patches to
ensure the smooth running and optimal performance of the website.
 Social Media Promotion: You will develop and execute social media strategies to
enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and promote our brand
through various social media platforms.
 SEO Services: You will optimize our website for search engines, conduct keyword
research, implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques, and provide
recommendations for improving search engine rankings and organic traffic.
2. Timelines and Deliverables:
 All website development milestones, maintenance tasks, social media promotions, and
SEO activities will be carried out according to a mutually agreed-upon timeline and
deadlines.
 You will provide regular progress updates and reports on the status of the work
completed, highlighting any challenges or modifications required.
3. Payment Terms:
 The payment for the contracted services will be payable in cash.
 Payment will be made monthly within 7days of receiving an invoice from you.
 Invoices should be submitted to management team in a timely manner.
4. Confidentiality:
 You agree to treat any confidential information obtained during the course of this
engagement as strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties without prior
written consent Highind Clinical Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
5. Termination:
 Either party may terminate this contract with a written notice of 30 days prior to the
intended termination date.
 In the event of termination, you will be compensated for all work completed up to the
termination date.
6. Intellectual Property:
 Any intellectual property created or developed during the course of this engagement will
be the sole property of Highind Clinical Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Please review this contract carefully, sign it, and return a copy to us no later than December 30, 2022.
By signing this contract, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms
and conditions outlined herein.
