The contents of the Visual Tone ‘Essential Flow SFX’ pack are proprietary and copyrighted. 
Visual Tone owns and reserves all rights except those granted by the licence agreement 
below. 
 
End User Licence Agreement 
 
This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable license agreement between you and Visual Tone. 
If you choose not to accept this agreement, you must return the Essential Flow SFX pack. By 
using any part of the Essential Flow SFX pack, you are agreeing to the following terms : 
 
1. The Essential Flow SFX may only be used on a maximum of 2 computers at any one time for 
a single user. 
2. The Contents may be used, changed, and incorporated in your projects. You may ​NOT​ sell, 
redistribute, incorporate in a separate product or give the Essential Flow SFX pack to anyone. 
3. The Essential Flow SFX may not be transferred to any third parties through networked 
computers. 
4.. You may not sell, sublicense, loan, give, or transfer any part of the Essential Flow SFX to a 
third-party, or allow the Essential Flow SFX to be accessed by anyone other than yourself. 
5.. The Contents are royalty free and may be published, broadcasted and distributed through 
broadcast channels. 
 
 
If you have any queries or questions please directly contact Visual Tone. If you have obtained 
this Essential Flow SFX pack outside of visual-tone.com please inform us from whom you 
obtained it from so we can pursue them and make sure this agreement is being withheld.
