patient is being treated by HCA Colombia for TINNITUS, MIGRAINE
HEADACHES, POST-TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER WITH MAJOR
DEPRESSIVE DISORDER, and PERIPHERAL VESTIBULAR
DISORDER.

Despite all the efforts: medications, counseling, and specialist

evaluations, his condition can be controlled but not cured.

The patient takes psychiatric medication and antivertigo medications that

sort the effect on the patient’s nervous system and side effects.

Also, his mental health symptoms are easily triggered by normal

activities of life like loud noises, crowds, traffic jams, service-related
things (movies, conversations, the news, etc), and social interactions.

Lastly, his vertigo episodes occur often and put him at risk of falls.
