HOW TO CREATE PAYMENTS

FOR PHILHEALTH

Status Inquiry
This section provides instruction for inquiring status of PhilHealth transactions. This
function allows the user to view his past and existing Philhealth transaction details,
including the status of the transaction.

1. Maker/Verifier/Authorizer logs in to BPI BizLink.

2. Go to Menu: Payments and Transfers > Government Payments > Philhealth

3. Go to Inquiry link.

4. Collapse the search option. Select a display option based on your preference,
choose between Detailed View or Status View.

5. Fill the fields for the respective search criteria to locate a specific PhilHealth
transaction or simply click Search to show all transactions.

6. Click Save template to re-use your transaction details.

7. Click on the reference number link to view more details of a specific transaction.

8. Click Back to return to the previous page.

Reports
This section provides instructions for viewing of reports for PhilHealth payments in
BizLink. This function allows the user to view detail and status type of report. The user
can also make their own Report Template to be used in transaction inquiry.

1. Maker/Verifier/Authorizer logs in to BPI BizLink.


2. Go to Menu: Payments and Transfers > Government Payments > PhilHealth

3. Go to Reports link.

4. Collapse the search option. Select a display option based on your preference,
choose between Detailed View or Status View.

5. Fill the fields for the respective search criteria to locate a specific PhilHealth
transaction or simply click Search to show all transactions.
6. Click Save as to generate the report of the transaction (PDF/XLS/CSV/HTML).
7. Click on the reference number link to view more details of a specific transaction.

You have the option to create your own Financial Report Template.

1. Click the Add Financial Report Template.

2. Input the Financial Template Code.

3. Input the Financial Template Description.

4. Select the File Extension.

5. Select the Field Separation Type.

6. Select the Delimiter.

7. Select the Service to use the Financial Report Template.

8. Select the Layout Type.

9. Click Next Step to proceed to the confirmation page.

10. Review the details and click Submit to proceed to the Acknowledgement page.

11. Click the Back to go back to creation page.

You can also search for the created Financial Report.

1. Click Search Financial Report Template.

2. Fill the fields for the respective search criteria to locate a specific Financial Report Template or
simply click Search to show all transactions.

3. Click the Delete or Delete icon to delete a specific Financial Report Template

4. Click the Edit icon to edit a specific Financial Report Template.

Settings
This section provides instructions for updating email notification alerts for PhilHealth
payments in BizLink.

1. Go to Menu: Payments and Transfers > Government Payments > Philhealth

2. Go to Settings link.

3. Click Alerts/Reminders Tab.

4. Select an Event preferred to receive an Email or SMS notification.

5. Click the Update Alerts to save changes.
