RE : LETTER OF UNDERTAKING AND CONFIRMATION TO SELL – DISPOSAL OF TWO PARCELS OF

LAND UNDER CL 015674110 & CL 015674101 WITH THE EXISTING BUILDINGS LOCATED AT KOTA
KINABALU INDUSTRIAL PARK (KKIP) , KOTA KINABALU.

I, the rightful owner of the below mentioned property do hereby agree to appoint you as our
facilitator to find purchaser(s) for my said property. Should you successfully concluded the sales
and purchase of the said property, without any prejudice I agree and
undertake that any difference between our Selling Price and your concluded Selling Price
as per Sales & Purchase Agreement shall be fully surrendered and paid to you as your
Facilitator Service Fee Entitlement.
It is hereby guaranteed that you shall not be circumvented in any manner so as to deprive you of
any benefits arising out of this undertaking. This Letter of Undertaking shall be binding upon the
company, its representatives, liquidators, managers, successors in the case.
Kindly be informed that the offer as stated in this Letter of Undertaking is on “First come First
Serve” basis.
