General Instructions: 1. Copies of educational certificates/documents are not required at this stage however, candidates are requested to bring original certificates along with attested copies of all documents at the time of interview. 7. The last date for submission of application form is 26-11-2021. Application received after due date will not be considered. 8. Admission Certificate for Screening/Descriptive Test for the respective posts will be placed on the website of PHAF i.e. www.pha.gov.pk. Candidates are advised to frequently visit this website for the latest updates. They will be intimated through SMS as well. However, no information in this regard shall be sent through post/courier. 9.
