General Instructions:
1. All the recruitment will be observed as per Establishment Division’s Policy on website and vide office Memorandum
No. F.53/1/2008-SP dated 22-10-2014 as amended on 21-09-2017 & 27-12-2017 and Mechanism dated 16-01-
2015,03-03-2015,11-05-2017,18-08-2017,04-03-2019,25-06-2019,11-03-2020 & 06-05-2020
2. All applications preferably be submitted online through PHAF’s website www.pha.gov.pk. Those applicants who do
not have access to internet facility, are allowed to submit their applications on or before the closing date, addressed to
Deputy Director (Admn), PHAF on prescribed format along with an application on plain paper giving detailed
particulars in the light of prescribed conditions for the post applied for, intimating difficulties in submission of online
applications.
3. Candidates may edit online application only once with in the closing date in order to rectify any error/omission etc.
4. Information claimed in online application form will be treated as final and will be verified. In case of any false or forged
information and fake or bogus documents, PHAF reserves the right to cancel candidature at any stage (even after
employment, if so discovered later) and to initiate a legal action against the applicant.
5. Application Fee for each post is Rs.400/- (Non-refundable) for both online and other applicants. The candidates are
required to submit Paid Challan Form of Silk Bank (Can be downloaded from PHAF website) or submit Pay Order /
Demand Draft (Any Bank) in favour of “PHA Foundation Islamabad” for each applied post and attach/upload
scanned copy of the same with online application form before closing date and bring original Deposit slip, Pay order
& Demand draft at the time of written test / Interview.
6. Copies of educational certificates/documents are not required at this stage however, candidates are requested to
bring original certificates along with attested copies of all documents at the time of interview.
7. The last date for submission of application form is 26-11-2021. Application received after due date will not be
considered.
8. Admission Certificate for Screening/Descriptive Test for the respective posts will be placed on the website of
PHAF i.e. www.pha.gov.pk. Candidates are advised to frequently visit this website for the latest updates. They will be
intimated through SMS as well. However, no information in this regard shall be sent through post/courier.
9. Candidates are required to send their applications on prescribed form online preferably or send the manual

application with complete particulars to Deputy Director (Admn) PHAF (HQ), Room No.318, 3 Floor Shaheed-e-
Millat Secretariat Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad.
10. Employees of Government / Semi Government Bodies / Corporations should forward their applications through proper
channel.
11. General age relaxation of five (05) years already included in the age limit. However other specified age relaxation in
upper age limit shall be allowed as per Government Rules/Policy.
12. NO TA/DA shall be admissible for written test /interview.
13. All quotas as per Government rules are applicable. Candidates will be considered on the basis of their domicile as
mentioned against each vacancy.
