The hard sell


I live in a big city full of shops and restaurants, but shopping centers are not
common. Recently a new shopping center has been opened, it is the biggest one so
far. So, the aim of this report is to summarize survey responses regarding the
popularity of the "Dreamy Shopping Center,” and to outline recommendations for
improvement to the services offered to shoppers.

The majority of those surveyed were happy with the range of shops provided in the
center, because they finally could find everything, they want in one place. The new
shopping center offers a variety of shops that provide from house products to
supermarkets as well as clothes shops and chemists. In the other hand the other part
of those surveyed claimed that improvements need to be implemented like a Wi-Fi
hot spot and parking space.

They should create a Wi-Fi café or multiple hot spots so all those that go to visit
the shopping center could have free access to internet. Furthermore, they could
offer snacks and drink choices that can be purchased while they check their email
or reply to messages. Every shopping center needs to provide sufficient parking
space in order to become a successful shopping center. Shoppers will tend to turn
away from the shopping center if there is inadequate provision of parking space as
they find it inconvenient, especially during weekends and festive seasons.

To sum up I would say that if the above recommendations are implemented, I am


sure that the popularity of the shopping center will increase in its visitors and
profits.
