2021 ID.4 Service Reminder Reset

Checking a service due date in the Infotainment system

• Tap the Vehicle function key.
• Tap the Status function key and the Status view.
• Select the Service menu item to display the service information.

Resetting the service display

The service display can only be reset as part of an inspection service by an authorized Volkswagen
dealer or authorized Volkswagen Service Facility.

The service message disappears after a few seconds once the vehicle is drive-ready.
Alternatively, you can press the  button on the multi-function steering wheel.
