Bilateral inflammatory lesions were seen in the lungs of 60-year-old female patient Bilatennessa, with mild pleural effusion on the left side. Her trachea was central in position but the left diaphragm and left border of the heart were obscured. Dense homogeneous opacity was seen in the lower left lung zone and ill-defined opacities in the mid zones of both lungs, with the rest of the lung fields clear. The bony thorax showed no abnormalities.
