sachet,
This machine is designed for either 3-sided sealing or 4-sided sealing
as salt,
suitable for packing granular and liquid products, including foodstuff, such
sugar, tea, Honey, salad sauce, sampoo....etc.
3. 3. Steps of installation
1) The first step is to determine the installation position, . After the machine is set,
take the worktable as the level reference to adjust the four level adjusting screws,
set the main machine in a level position.
2) Install the feeding machine, fix it to the left side of the main machine with bołts,
then adjust the two level adjusting screws of the feeding machine, set it in a level
position. For the part connecting with the main machine, the bottom of the feeding
chute and the main machine table should be aligned and kept in a same level.
,
3) Install the push finger chain. Loosen the left handwheel of the feeding machine
and install and connect the push finger chain. Turn the handwheel to adjust the

Timing, Fill: value to be set between 0 — 360 to adjust the speed contents are filled into
sachets.
Mark, Scan: value to be set between 0 — 360 to adjust the starting point for photo cells
scanning. There should not be any printing between registrations marks for photo cells to scan
to align the machine speed properly. In case of a printing error where the space between photo
cells is printed, the scan mark function allows the machine to skip scanning the error part of
film between two registration marks. ( Details please refer the Remark.)
Position, Sealing Jaw: value to be set between 0 — 360 to adjust the position of sealing jaw.

to ł,
When value is set to 0 or 360, machine performs a full scanning cycle. When value is set
machine skips the first 1/360 of a scanning cycle. When value is set to 90, machine skips the
first 90/360 of a canning cycle. When value is set to 180, machine skips the first 180/360 of a
scanning cycle.
For example, assuming the length between the end of a registration mark to the end of another
registration mark is 100mm: when the scan mark value is 90, machine skips the first 25mm
between two registration marks; when the scan value is to 180, machine skips the first 50mm
between two registration marks. Adjust the scan mark value to avoid machine malfunctioning
due to printing errors.

dust, or other
The electric eye sensing units can lose their sensitivity whenever dirt,
materials coat the lenses. |
is
Fans or blowers can collect dirt on their blade and protective guards, and this
particularly true when they have been over lubricated.
y
Chains and sprockets are normally coated with a thin coat of oil, so they have atendenc
to collect any dust that is in the area.
Daily cleaning of some parts of the machine and weekly cleaning of the rest should
prevent any accumulation of foreign matter that would cause a problem.
Lubrication
E$The machine”*s lubrication schedule should be followed cłosely, and onły the approved
lubricants should be used. Lubrication is essential for machine operation; but too much
lubrication can be as bad, if not worst, than too little. If the lubrication is too light gr
applied too infrequently, the machine will not get the protection it needs and may wear
excessively. Oil or grease that is too heavy or applied in too great a quantity can
interfere with the machine”'s operation and cause the collection of dirt and dust. AJI
excess lubrication should be removed promptly.
Recommended Lubricants:
Type A ShellOil20 -
Type B Shell Spirax 90
Type C Shell Retinax A Grease
Type D Shell Tellus 22 Hydraulic Oil
or two
38 Constant wear points such as the knife slide and cam followers should receive one
have a very light cpat of
"drops of oil (Type A) daily, and the sprockets and chains should
oil (Type B) at all times.
Oil baths should be checked, and oil (Type B) should be added to keep the level at the
recommended height. The oil should be drained and replaced regularly according tp the
schedule and the number of hóurs (every 800 hours) that the machine has run.
to
The bearings should be kept supplied with grease (Type C), and you should remember
add oil (Type D) to the reservoir of the self-lubricating pneumatic systems.
