    Im Hariharasudhan ,HOD of Humanities and science, it is requested to you that we want to arrange a department tour,
    Ooty for for the semester vacation. Enjoyment and creativity makes student fresh minded and such activities are essential to
    keep them dynamic. Since 3 years our department has not planned any department tour till now in which the entire
    department is together. On the 20th to 23rd August, every students must come the trip. And we provide food,
    shelter ,travelling expenses are included in Rs.1,800. Our management will responsible for all the students. Students
    must bring own clothes and their daily needs.

    Kindly consider upon the request . I shall be highly greatful.
