Dear Candidate,
This is to inform you that your candidature is being considered for apprenticeship training at HAL-
Nasik division. You are required to be present for physical document verification at Hal Nasik division
as per the attached schedule (See the attachment no.2).
Please note that final short listing for apprenticeship will be made from the candidates who report
for document verification. Candidates failing to report on their designated date and time may
complete their document verification on the reserved day. (See the attachment no.2)
Candidates are required to take a print of attachment no.3 (Document Verification Form) and duly
fill in the details. Candidates are also advised to keep a blank print of the same form handy with
themselves in case of any corrections needed.
List of documents to be carried for document verification: Candidates have to produce original
copies of following documents:

Mandatory documents
1. Aadhar Card
2. Certificate (passing/provisional) and mark sheets of Graduate/Diploma/ITI
3. SSC/HSC board certificate and mark sheet

Documents if applicable
1. Caste certificate (OBC/SC/ST)
2. Valid Non Creamy layer Certificate: For OBC-In Central government format.
3. Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) : Income and Asset verification certificate
4. Person with Disability: PWD
5. MSI Card: For HAL wards (Son/Daughter)

1. www.mhrdnats.gov.in (For Engineering Graduate/Diploma candidates)
2. www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in (For ITI candidates)

Document verification will be completed up to 2 pm on the allotted day; therefore return journey
may be planned accordingly.

Important Information on Apprenticeship training:

1. Apprenticeship training is for one year and the stipend for the period will as per the
apprenticeship act 1961.
2. HAL Nasik will not be under any obligation to provide employment on completion of the
Apprenticeship Training.
3. The candidate has to make his/her own arrangement for accommodation & travelling
for the engagement process.
4. Apprenticeship is governed by Govt Guidelines which mandate Graduate/ Diploma
candidates to begin apprentice training within 3 years of their passing date. Therefore
only those candidates who have passed their final exam after Sept 2020 are eligible for
Graduate/Diploma apprenticeship.
