Position: Landscape / Irrigation Engineer

Key areas of responsibilities:

□ Attending new sales enquiries and coordinating with clients and customers and prepare the designs
and boq based on their requirement.
□ Prepare the cost breakup for all the new enquires and quotations prepared accordingly.
□ Responsible for execution of landscape and irrigation projects as per approved drawings and
specifications.
□ Prepare all the technical documents required for the new projects includes IR,MAS,MIR,..etc.
□ Inspect the quality of the work in site and coordinating with supervisors and labours regarding work
and give instructions to them.
□ Identifying and establishing new business.
□ Prepare the snag list of all existing sites and send reports to the client on weekly basis.

□ Responsible for execution of landscape and irrigation projects as per approved drawing

□ Prepares Soft Landscape ,Hard Landscape and irrigation shop drawings and designs using
Autocad 2D.
□ Prepares MAS,MIR ,IR ,BOQ and other technical documents required for the approval.
□ Attend site meetings with consultants and clients.
□ Prepares the quantity estimation of landscape, irrigation and civil projects from approved
drawings as well as from site and prepares the Boq .
