As part of the onsite recollection guidelines issued by the Center for Campus Ministry, please
take note of the following:

1. The recollection is a co-curricular activity and, thus, part of Thomasian students' spiritual and
religious formation program. Students must attend the onsite Recollection and submit,
afterward, to their current Theology professor a reflection paper considered a Course Inquiry
Project in their Theology course.

2. Attendance during the recollection will be checked.

3. Students are advised to be in the Medicine Auditorium 30 minutes before their schedule, that
is, at 7:30am for the morning slots, and 12:30pm for the afternoon slots to avoid undue
extensions and delays in the succeeding sessions.

You may confer with the Dean’s Office for any issues and concerns related to the
abovementioned schedules and guidelines. Thank you.
