Internal Injuries:

Hyo id bone intact ribs of hameothorasic right side present 4,h and S" ribs -
gutter with fracture sternum: contusion with fracture of xiphisternium heart.
Chambers empty congested.

Lungs: Perforated wound present in the middle and lower lobe of lung and
contusions are present. Left lobe contusion present.

Liver: Right lobe perforated wound along WI"th complete Maceration.

Kidney: Congested

Bladder: Empty

Skull: Intact

Brain: Solid intact.

(l)Entry wound-Through lower lobe of the right lung of exist wound.

(2)2nd Entry wound-Through right lobe of liver exist wound
(3) 3rd Entry wound - Through middle lobe of right lung exist wound. Stomach,
intestine, liver, kidney, spleen, skin around fire arm entry wound, swab from
the entry wound, swab from the victim, blood sample are preserved for
chemical analyst report. Deceased appear to would have died of 12-20 hours
prior to Autopsy. No alcohol or poison was detected in the stomach intestine
with contents, liver, kidney and blood. Report concerning this in
SLMITOX/H/290/13 dated 3/4/2013 is marked as EXP 9. Report in T.NO
