AGREEMENT FOR MANAGERIAL CAPABILITY BUILDING AND WORK VALUE

FORMATION FOR STUDENTS IN BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING
PROGRAM BETWEEN

PROVINCIAL ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES

BANGUED, ABRA

AND THE

ABRA VALLEY COLLEGES

BANGUED, ABRA

The PROVINCIAL ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES, Casamata Hills,

Bangued, Abra and the ABRA VALLEY COLLEGES will endeavour to cooperate in providing
the students experiential learning, practical and effective training along Office operations and
allied activities.

The following forms of cooperation will be pursued:

1. Acceptance of students to undergo on-the-job training (work Integrated Learning) within

the CENR Office for a period of Two Hundred forty (240) hours;
2. Integration of concepts and practices on office rules and procedures as they relate to
real-life of office situations;
3. Enhancement of work values such as sense of thrift, honesty, punctuality, commitment,
responsibility, productivity, initiative and dependability; and
4. Supervision and evaluation of student’s performance during the training and submission
of evaluation to the college.

This agreement is entered into by the President, ABRA VALLEY COLLEGES and PENR
Officer, PROVINCIAL ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES, Bangued, Abra on the
expectation that it will strengthen the linkage, friendship and cooperation between the two
institutions as partners in developing the students as prospective source of manpower essential
for community development.

This agreement is terminated upon the completion of the Two hundred forty (240) Hours
on-the-job training by the students.
