I. Rationale

The re-opening of schools promotes a positive impact on learners and their way of
progress, educational growth and development. The aftermath of the pandemic and other natural
calamities inspires the school community to unlock keys of building success in every targeted goals
in strength and unity. This year, these difficulties might seem more pressing as students and teachers
struggle to make learning effective or deal with the extremely stressful task of returning to school
considering the slowly facing-out traces of the pandemic.
One of the finest methods for encouraging access and use of water and sanitation
facilities in schools, as well as improving hygiene and sanitation standards, is the DepEd WinS
Program. Immediate Installation of Water and Hand Washing Facilities in All Schools for the
Prevention of Influenza A (H1NI) was a 2009 resolution sponsored by D.O. No. 65, s. 2009. Three
Star Approach through a comprehensive, long-lasting school-based WASH program that is
integrated with the required program of learner health & development, the

DepEd WinS Program aims to accomplish learning and health outcomes for Filipino students. Ibarra
National High School will launch a crucial plan to meet its goals in order to tackle this difficulty by
fostering teamwork that encourages harmony among all employees and doing such is the
construction of hand-washing facilities inside the school campus.
A good way to start the goal is the conduct of raffles which are a fun way for schools and
other community groups to raise money for worthy causes. Raffles Draws and Bingo Socials have a
wide appeal because it feels like everyone wins. The person with the winning ticket/cards wins a
prize. The worthy cause gets money. And even the losing ticket holders benefit—they feel good
about themselves for fundraising. This gives an opportunity of the parents, teachers and the
community to explore the phenomenon of raffles and think both critically and creatively about a
commonly used method of fundraising.

On the other hand, the event represents the combined efforts of the Supreme Student
Government to demonstrate their abilities in a fun fashion. Gender and Development will be
improved as a result of a student-led activity such as variety show that is a part of the DepEd
curriculum. A chance to show the parents how the school played a bigger role in providing progress
toward the learners as well as a motivating way to enhance the gift of diverse skills. Students are
given the chance to think about defining and articulating what they value and how their abilities
might serve as the key to unlocking future opportunities.

II. Objectives
At the end of the activity, the attendees are expected to:
1. Display their utmost support and dedication towards the school projects and
goals.
2. Support the progress and development of learners skills and abilities as to build
strong confidence in their personalities.
