I am a former early childhood educator with nearly a decade of experience, where I was responsible
for providing daily care for children and infants from diverse backgrounds. Furthermore, I have my
Master of Arts degree in Fashion Journalism from Academy of Art University. My graduate studies
concentrated on racial representation within the fashion industry and guided my final thesis project,
“Space Magazine,” which highlighted Black artists, designers, talent, and writing. Additional
experience in the fashion industry includes working in wholesales, allocations, and studying fashion
merchandising.
