Select an organization and identify a management issue that the organization is facing. Also incorporate
the following points in the report.

2- Explain how the functions of management are evolving in today’s business environment.
3- Compare how the nature of management varies at different organizational levels.
4- Identify and define the skills needed in the organization to be an effective manager.
5- Define elements of an organization’s culture.
6- Describe how environmental forces influence organizations and how organizations can influence
their environments.
7- Distinguish between the macro-environment and the competitive environment.
8- Explain why managers and organizations should pay attention to economic and social
developments.
9- Identify elements of the competitive environment.

Deliverable 2

1- Understand how different ethical perspectives guide decision making.


2- Outline a process for making ethical decisions.
3- Identify the important issues surrounding corporate social responsibility.
4- Identify actions managers can take to manage with the natural environment in mind.

Guidelines:

1. Students should follow a no plagiarism rule . If the document has 20% plagiarism than its fine
otherwise it would be marked zero.
2. With each presentation a document is a must; the document should contain the detailed
version of the presentation. Any late assignments shall not be entertained. The deadline is to
submit the document in start of the class. I shall NOT take any documents after that.
3. All students should have equal time for presentation in the group.
4. Time management is also important; you shall be negatively graded for not finishing the
presentation on time.
