For your BPI Payroll Account, please let me know if you already have an existing personal savings
account and you wish to use it. If you don't have a BPI account, kindly open a BPI PERSONAL SAVINGS
account in a branch nearest to your home. Please take note that it should be a BPI PERSONAL SAVINGS
Account.

Please take your medical exam with Hi Precision Diagnostics Plus ASAP. Please send to me the two (2)
nearest Hi Precision branches to your home so I can endorse you there. Please wait for my email to HP.
The first visit will be billed to the firm, but succeeding visits for retaking of test/s will be shouldered by
you. I suggest drinking lots of water and resting properly prior to your exam. Tell the receptionist that
you are for a pre-employment medical exam under Isla Lipana & Co.

If there are no available HP Locations near your area, kindly coordinate this with me on a separate email.
