Discussion:
1. Students' Discipline and Attendance
The class adviser opened the meeting by discussing the importance of students' discipline and attendance.
She shared that the class has been having some issues with students being disruptive in class and not
attending school regularly. She asked the parents for their help in addressing these issues. The parents
agreed that discipline and attendance are important, and they said that they will help to solve it. They also
suggested that the class create a set of classroom rules and that they hold regular parent-teacher
conferences to discuss attendance and behavior.
2. Learners' Hygiene and Learners' Kit
The adviser asked the parents to help ensure that their children are coming to school clean and prepared.
The parents agreed that learners' hygiene and learners' kit are important, and they offered to provide the
necessary supplies.
3. Gulayan sa Paaralan
The third topic of discussion was gulayan sa paaralan. The teacher asked the parents for their support in
the project.
The parents were enthusiastic about the gulayan sa paaralan project, and they offered to help with the
planning and implementation.
4. Homeroom Project
The fourth topic of discussion was the homeroom project. Parents were informed about the project which is
the electrical wiring inside the classroom if ever the certain amount needed is generated. They agreed to
contribute 60php/parent
.
5. Election of Officers
The final topic of discussion was the election of officers for the homeroom PTA. The parents voted for the
following officers:

• Secretary: Mrs. Malou B. Salarda
• Treasurer: Mrs. Charlin B. Abejo

Discussion:
1. 2nd placer Brigada Pagbasa, Galaw Pilipinas Implementer and the construction of 4 spans of concrete
fence
The meeting started with informing the parents about the achievements of the school in different contests
like Brigada Pagbasa which is 2nd Place and being the Galaw Pilipinas Implementer and not to forget the
construction of 4 span concrete fence from the PTA membership fund.
2. Incoming School Activities
Parents were informed about the Intramurals/MAPEH Day wherein different sports will be conducted. Then,
the King and Queen of Hearts that each section must at least have one pair of representatives. Next is the
Drum and Lyre Parade which is yearly conducted by the Municipality of Medina together with the
celebration was the Pasko sa Pinas competition.
