    Peristaltic Pump Tube Replacement


    English

    Quick and simple to replace when required.


    1 Disconnect power from pH Controller.

    2 Remove 2x screws from each side of pump cover


    [Phillips Head].

    3 Remove transparent cover.

    4 Remove pump rotor & tube, by rotating the clear plastic


    cover anticlockwise about 30˚.

    5 Fit replacement rotor & tube by doing reverse of


    previous steps. Ensure gear shaft aligned before
    pushing it down into body.
    6 Ensure rotor & tube unit is locked into place by rotating
    clockwise until a “click” is felt. The tubes should be in
    vertical alignment.
    7 Replace cover & screws. Reconnect power and test
    pump operation with Pump Override in menu.
