CHEESE PAY WITHOUT OVEN
Ingredients:
100g of cookies
50g of butter
500g cream cheese
500g whipped cream
100g of sugar
1 envelope of gelatin
250g strawberry jam

Process:
1. To begin, we prepare the base of the cake. In the blender put the cookies cut into
small chunks to grind. Once done, add the melted butter and mix with a spoon. In
the end, we have to have a texture similar to that of wet sand.
2. Introduce this mixture into a removable mold and spread it well over the entire
surface. We crush with a glass or a spoon. It must be very compact and without free
gaps. Especially around the edges. This base will be the one that holds our
cheesecake without oven. Put in the fridge while we continue with the next step.
3. In a saucepan, put the cream cheese, whipped cream and sugar. Let's mix while
we heat over low heat. That it does not come to a boil, the idea is that the ingredients
melt and integrate well with each other.
4. Next, it's time to add the curd. We do it following the manufacturer's instructions.
Mix again briefly so that the curd is well integrated with the rest of the ingredients.
5. We pour this mixture over the biscuit base that we had prepared, which will already
be somewhat cold and more compact, after having been in the fridge. Let stand at
room temperature for about 10 minutes.
6. After those 10 minutes of rest, we return the cheesecake without oven to the
fridge. Now we leave it here until it sets completely. Minimum 4 hours, but if you
leave it for a whole day it will be better.
7. Finally, all that remains is to spread it, on its surface, with strawberry jam. If it
costs you a bit, you can heat it to liquefy it more. It is just pouring it on its surface.
We wait for it to cool down again and unmold.
