Human resource forecasting national bank and trust company presented the following

human resource needs forecast to the management. A new hires introduction national bank

and trust company that currently employing 1100 people. The bank presently has branch

offices located throughout the metropolitan area, each of which employs 14 individuals. The

bank expects to add 38 branches in the next 3 years. However, the bank has placed an order

for 30 automated teller machines to be placed in its old branch offices. The machines are

scheduled to be in operation on 31 December one year from now.
