 I hereby declare that the declaration made by me in this form are complete and true to
the best of my knowledge, belief and information.
 I hereby declare that I shall be solely responsible for my involvement in any kind of
unlawful activities whether inside or outside the campus and shall be liable for
punishment as per the law of the land. I further understand that VerveTronics shall in
no way provide any support to me and will not be held responsible for my any such
action.
 I agree and undertake that I will not indulge in any unethical acts or practice which is
against the interests of the Company and/or which are llegal and not in conformity
with the policies and practices of the Company and Statutory rules, regulations, and
Acts.
 I, hereby acknowledge and declare that I have been informed that my past, present
and future conduct as an employee is subject to scrutiny and evaluation. I understand
that any misconduct, violation of employment agreements, service contracts, NDA
policies whether committed during my employment with VerveTronics, or afterwards
may have serious consequences, including disciplinary action or legal actions.
 I hereby declare that I will not participate in any activity which has a tendency to
disturb the peace, decorum and tranquillity of VerveTronics environment or its
campus premises. I will also not visit office campus area without prior company
permission or not indulge in activity disturbing peace, decorum or environment within
or outside company premises.
 I acknowledge that any proven misconduct, based on investigations and evidence,
may lead to disciplinary measures, up to and including legal action, as determined by
the policies and procedures.
 I hereby declare that I will only act in betterment of VerveTronics branding on social
media , word of mouth etc and will not indulge in directly or indirectly spreading any
information without prior company permission. Constructive Improvement areas for
company shall be provided in written form and followed up over email to
talent.mgmt@vervetronics.com till satisfactory closure.
 I am committed to maintaining the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and
adherence to company policies and guidelines with VerveTronics. I understand that
any misconduct, whether related to job performance, ethical violations, harassment,
discrimination, or any other form of inappropriate behaviour, can result in disciplinary
action.
 Company shall clear background checks positively subject to above compliances by
below undersigned.
