construction of your store and, eventually, operate your business in our Center. Thus, effective today, you confirm that:
1. All provisions in the space are present and in good running condition.
2. Full responsibility of the space and its provisions, during and after construction, shall be assumed by you (tenant / occupant).
3. Common area charges of _______ per square meter per month shall be charged to your account.
4. For food establishments located at the upper floors, waterproofing of the floor area of your leased space shall be required and shouldered by
you (Tenant/occupant).

Before allowing you to start with your major construction works, we would like to request from you the submission of the following:
1. Approved Construction plans
2. Photocopies of Municipal Building Permits
3. Photocopy of Construction Bond
4. Payment of Additional Securities
5. Photocopy of Contractor’s All-Risk Insurance
6. Photocopy of Receipt of Annual Ad & Promo Charges
7. Other requirements listed in the Tenant Construction and Operations Checklist (TCOR)
Please note that we will not allow you to start with your construction without the full submission of the above-mentioned requirements. Please see
attached Notice To Proceed With Construction form. This will be your permit to start with your construction.

In addition, please find herewith a copy of the following guidelines to assist you in your store construction:

2. Construction Guidelines
3. Sales and Monitoring
4. House Rules (for actual store operations).
