Our surrogacy program has certain basic

requirements that must be met. To be
considered as a surrogate with us, you must:

 Be a NON-smoker and don’t use tobacco in any form

 Be between the ages of 20 to 39 years old

  Have had at least one successful live birth
 Be a U.S. citizen or have legal documentation to show you
are in the country legally

 Have a strong support system

 Have the support of your partner if you are married or in a
relationship.
