Should there be a rebuild of the school system?

Are school systems failing, do we have a solution. This has been a growing topic

nowadays, with the fact that people will always want a change in the world. In today’s society, A

lot of teachers have quit for multiple reasons. In fact, most of the world agree that K-12 teachers

need a better pay. With covid happening teachers had to adjusting to online working. With no

real-world skills, or anything that could help them in the world to help them. Another reason is

the parents not being involved enough in the kids life. This can be a huge factor that will mess up

the child in the future if not handled right. Multiple factors have been made about this, with the

rise of single and divorce parents, a lot of kids don’t really get the support and training needed to

be successful. In fact, with studies it shows that kid with both biological parents tend to do better

than ones who aren’t.

When it comes to the school system, we are taught to learn basic academic skills, plus a

few electives. Additionally, this has been taught to be train for universities and trade school at

the next level. Moreover, this leads to the fact that a lot of students grow up not knowing a lot of

basic skills in life. For starters, some students don’t know how to do their own taxes or even try

to put oil in their car. These are basic problems that can happen any day as time moves on. On

top of that it’s hard to try to change a system or learn a new skill if they students treat school like

a prison. Even with changes in the school system they’re downsides to it. For example,

technology is everyone's friend for the most part. It also comes with a lot of perks, likewise a lot

of teachers have to adjust a switch their learning ways for online. On top of that the disrespect of

kids as started to rise in the future, and a lot of kids have started to fight back at teachers and

starting to think that their grown. Some teachers can talk to them, but can only do but so much,

and at the end of the day it always starts at home. Lastly, this has become a rising factor with the

fact that no real-world skills will help people. With a lot of heat to this topic finding solutions

will be a huge task that will involve a huge budget, change, and meeting with the board.
