Dear Sirs,
On 4th May our company concluded a delivery contract with Tuhay Bey & Son, seated at
18 Impaler's Street, Liverpool HJ3 N7X, a customer to your bank. The contract concerned a
delivery of 11,000 (eleven thousand) of reinforced conrete ornamented fence posts, listed in the
company's commercial brochure as InTense, for the amount of Ł473,000 (four hundred seventy
three thousand pound sterling).
Our financial resources have recently been substantially reduced due to the force majeure.
Thus, to ensure the fulfilment of the contract and continuity of deliveries from Tuhay Bey & Son,
the latter being entirely dependant upon timely payments, we kindly request for your short-term
loan.
We are interested in the kind of the loan specified in your offer as option C, which is a
tied loan
granted on preferential terms (our company meets the requirements specified in the bilateral
agreement between Poland and the EU concerning terms of granting loans to small and medium-
sizecompanies). All the remaining details shall be agreed upon by our plenipotentiary Zbigniew C.
Bogdaniecki.
As a security for the loan can offer:
A pledge for immovables (data listed in Appendix A)
Cession of receivables (data listed in Appendix B)
Cession of rights to insurance policies (data listed in Appendix C)
Cession of rights to shares (data listed in Appendix D)
A chattel (data listed in Appendix E)
A bill of payment (data listed in Appendix F)
