HUMAN
MOVEMENT
Human movement is achieved by the musculoskeletal system,
which is controlled by the nervous system, the complex and highly
coordinated mechanical interplay between bones, muscles,
ligaments, and joints produces human movement.

SIGNIFICANCE OF HUMAN
MOVEMENT
Movement helps us maintain healthy joints,
strong bones, physical stamina, and good
circulation, which includes cardiovascular
circulation, good reflex responsiveness, and
mental and emotional well-being. We would
degrade without it.

FACTORS AFFECTING HUMAN

MOVEMENTS
AGE
The musculoskeletal system in humans
experiences numerous significant structural
changes as they grow. Human tissue typically
expands, swells, and becomes more robust
during childhood and the early 20s.

SEX
Sex has a significant impact on skeletal geometry,
muscle mass, and structural architecture, all of
which have a significant impact on how external
pressures are transferred throughout the body. In
addition, the reason one sex is more likely to sustain
an injury than the other may be influenced by
hormones, sociocultural variables, and exercise
habits.
NUTRITION
Sexual oriDiet directly affects the minerals
and elements in the body that are essential for
the healthy operation of the musculoskeletal
system. Calcium, an inorganic substance that
the body cannot create on its own, is essential
for the strength and structural stiffness of
bones. Since calcium is secreted continuously
throughout the day, maintaining mechanical
strength requires a sufficient supply.

EXERCISE
Normal loading and physical exercise cause
the body's tissues to naturally model and
rebuild. The normal loading on bones causes
them to grow new bone mass and modify
existing bone mass in order to sustain similar
loading profiles in the future.

KINESIOLOGY
The term "the study of movement" is kinesiology. The phrase is also used by
practitioners of complementary medicine to refer to a type of therapy that looks
at what might be causing the body's "imbalances" and tries to correct them via
muscle monitoring (biofeedback).

Importance of exercise
Physical activity can strengthen your bones and
muscles, help you maintain a healthy weight,
increase your ability to carry out daily tasks, and
improve your cognitive health. Adults who spend
less time sitting and engage in any level of
moderate-to-vigorous exercise reap some health
benefits. As stated by. Centers for Disease Control
and Prevention
