Nike, H&M, and Burberry face backlash and boycotts in China over stance
on Uyghur treatment.

This impact comes after the company give a statement about the forced labor
in Xinjiang on Chinese social media. Western fashion brands including Nike
and H&M were asked to boycotts their product in China that has some
human right issue with Uyghur Muslim minority. Even the actor and
parliament also boycott their product as a support for their country and plaid
design from burbery has been removed from the pupolar video game in
China.

2. It was getting trickier for Western brands to operate in China markets.

By getting boycott in china it will be harder for that company to operate

again in china market. It looks like their brands already got a blacklist. And
eventhough they still have some product there, the people wll try to avoid
their product as a support for their country. they also increase oversight of
western customers including their supply chain.

3. This triggers political tensions between China and other countries that have
the same statement like the companies before.

As we know before, America has stopped importing cotton from China as

their concern about the forced labor. And china counter them by boycott
their product in their country. It has triggered political tension between china
and America. China also got sanction from European Union, Britain and
Canada. And china counter them back again by giving their own sanction.
Because of this issue The U.S. has labeled China's practices in the area
"genocide,".
