PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project Work (Group Assignment): 15 Marks

01. The Project Work is part of your evaluation/assessment process. You get
an opportunity to showcase the maximum learning of the subject Project
Management and apply the same in your respective fields. Therefore, all
participants are encouraged to actively involve in carrying out the Project
Work by forming an appropriate group (maximum up to 5 members in a
group). It is expected to form 24 groups.

02. The content of the Project Work must highlight certain critical areas or
whole of the project life cycle that you have learnt from the classroom
sessions or through workplace learning.

03. There will be four stages of the project work

a) Formation of Project Title and development of Abstract: (Maximum 500


words) to be submitted immediately after 2 nd session and will be
discussed in 4th session.

b) Introduction, objective, benefits, reasons for undertaking such project


work, problems or issues and challenges, steps to encounter the same
(tools & techniques, methodology to be used): to be submitted
immediately after 6th sessions and will be discussed in 8th session.

c) Reviews, data collection, data analysis (you may use any analytical
tool): to be submitted immediately after 10 th session and will be
discussed in 12th session.

d) Findings, application, conclusions, recommendations, references etc.:


to be submitted immediately after 14th session and will be discussed in
16th or last session (Maximum 10 page word document, using 1.5
spacing, Times Roman, Font size 12).

04. The topic for the project work should be chosen by the individual group. All
groups will send their work to the CR and CR in turn will send to the faculty
using goggle drive.

05. The marks will be awarded based upon the content, reviews and
methodology, data used, application in the respective field and teamwork.
