EXCERPTS FROM THE MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT

COUNCIL (BDC) HELD ON AUGUST 13, 2023 AT THE BARANGAY HALL, BARANGAY
NO. 31 CENTRO-BAYBAY, LEGAZPI CITY.

On motion of Barangay Kagawad Michael E. Amata, duly seconded by Barangay Kagawad

Divino M. Sayson, the following resolution was adopted:

BDC RESOLUTION NO. 4 S. 2023

A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING FOR THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS THE

AMOUNT OF FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN
PESOS (P 568, 517.00) UNDER THE 20% ANNUAL DEVELOPMENT FUND OF BARANGAY
NO. 31 CENTRO-BAYBAY, LEGAZPI CITY

WHEREAS, the City Budget Officer certified that the total amount available for appropriation
from the FY 2024 20% Development Fund is five hundred sixty-eight thousand five hundred seventeen
pesos (P 568, 517.00);

WHEREAS, after its presentation and careful deliberation of projects for funding the FY 2024
20% Development Fund, it is the consensus of the body that the same is responsive to the policy thrust
to give priority to projects that will address economic and social concerns as well as infrastructure
projects.

WHEREAS, the identified projects were listed in the 2024 Annual Investment Plan and are
priority projects for the development of the barangay.

BE IT THEREFORE,

RESOLVED, by the Barangay Development Council, in its meeting assembled, to allocate, as

its hereby allocates the amount of five hundred sixty-eight thousand five hundred seventeen pesos (P
568, 517.00) under the FY 2024 20% Development Fund of Barangay No. 31 Centro-Baybay, Legazpi
City, for the following projects:

Construction of Multi-Purpose Hall P 400, 000.00
Rehabilitation of MRF P 50, 000.00
Installation of Street Lighting System P 50, 000.00
Purchase of Street Lights P 68, 517.00
TOTAL P 568, 517.00

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be transmitted to the Sangguniang

Pambarangay of Barangay No. 31 Centro-Baybay, Legazpi City, for their information and/or appropriate
action.

ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Barangay Development Council this 13th day of August,
2023 at Barangay No. 31 Centro-Baybay, Legazpi City.
