EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 4 SERIES 2024

AN ORDER REORGANIZING THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL – SECTORAL COMMITTEES
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 106 of the Local Government Code of 1991, each local government
unit shall have a comprehensive multi-sectoral development plan to be initiated by its development council
and approved by its sanggunian;
WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council shall assist the Sangguniang Barangay in setting the
direction of economic and social development and coordinating development efforts within its territorial
jurisdiction;
WHEREAS, the organization of the Sectoral Committee to assist the Barangay Development Council
in the performance shall be in accordance with Section 112 of the Local Government Code of 1991;
NOW THEREFORE, I, TERESITA L. EMPIG, by the powers vested in me by law as the Punong
Barangay of Barangay No. 31 Centro-Baybay, Legazpi City, Albay do hereby order:
Section 1. Reorganization of the Barangay Development Council (BDC) – Sectoral Committees. –
The BDC Sectoral Committees do hereby reorganized with the following membership:
