Minutes of Barkada Kontra Droga meeting last October 14, 2022 at exactly 4:00 pm
held at Col. Ruperto Abellon National School’s Home Economics room.

The meeting started with a prayer led by Mrs. Jan Rose Magbanua and Mr. Kristian Love J.
Magbanua acted as presiding officer of the meeting.
Mr Kristian Love Magbanua, BKD Coordinator introduced himself and his co-coordinator and also
NDEP coordinator, Mrs Jan Rose S. Magbanua.
Whereas, Sir Kristian Love Magbanua explained the legal basis for the establishment and
institutionalizing of BKD program in schools and its scope and coverage.
Whereas, ma’am Jan Rose S. Magbanua explained the program objectives and the roles and
responsibilities of the Barkada Kontra Droga.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:00 pm.

Minutes of Meeting
Minutes of Barkada Kontra Droga meeting last November 11, 2022 at exactly 4:00
pm held at Col. Ruperto Abellon National School’s SSG Office.
Present: 11

Agenda:

 Foundation Day
The meeting started with a prayer led by Eddie Sarmiento and the reading of previous minutes by
the secretary. Dave Jun Jimeno acted as presiding officer of the meeting
Whereas, the organization agreed to conduct a tree-planting activity and clean-up drive.
Whereas, the group agreed to conduct the tree-planting activity in Guisijan, Laua-an, Antique in the
lot of Bantolo family.
Whereas, the group agreed to select Aring Beach as the location for the clean-up drive
Whereas, the group chose the grade 10 as their partner in the activity.
Whereas, Justine Urbano was tasked to write the necessary letters and Lady Jane Marfil was tasked
to contact LGU, the barangay for the permission and the MENRO for the seedlings.
Whereas, each grade representative is tasked to prepare planting tools.
Whereas, the group agreed to conduct the activity on December 8 & 9, 2021 at exactly 8:00 am.
The meeting adjourned at exactly 5:15 pm.

the club to any concerned party
inside or outside of the school
premises.

The club has to be constituted of thirteen (13) officers -- the president, the vice president,
the secretary, the treasurer, the auditor, the public information office, the protocol officer and a
grade representative for each grade level from grade 7 to grade 12. All officers shall work
harmoniously to carry the purposes by which the club is founded upon.

President.
The president shall oversee the overall condition and wellbeing of the club. He shall also put into
assurance that every club member is executing their duties and responsibilities according to the
club’s rules and regulations.
Vice President.
The vice president shall assume full responsibility of clubleadership in the absence of the president.
However, the body has to inform the president about the actions and decision undertaken by the
body.
Secretary.
All documents concerning the club shall be of the proper care and obligation of the secretary. He
or she shall bare records on the club’s meetings, activities, memorandums, etc. Aside from the
president, the secretary has the sole right on keeping and drawing any record or document
belonging to the club.
Treasurer.
The treasurer shall be in-charge of all financial records of the club.She is also task to take good care
of the fund of the club bare secure records of all financial activities of the club. The treasurer shall
disclose all financial matters to the club president and auditor as required. However, no club officer
can withdraw any amount from the club fund without proper and accurate inventory.
Auditor.
The auditor shall audit the financial records of the treasurer in relevance to the cost
of project or activity the club has undergone expenditure to. Any irrelevance and
discrepancy shall immediately be reported to the office of the president for proper address
provided for that proper explanation and evidence be made to support the argument the office of
the auditor has to make.
Public Information Officer
The press release officers shall be in-charged of carrying out all the club’s announcements
and publications for public information. However, their authorization must only be limited
according to the instructions and authorizations issued by the office of the president.
Protocol Officer
The protocol officer shall help the presiding officer to maintain peace and order during meetings.
He/she shall act as disciplinary officer if needed. He/she shall maintain peace and order and over all
Sgt. At arms of subordinate chapter.

Grade Representative:
The grade representative shall act as extension of the grade they represent. They shall act as link
between their grade level and the club chapter officers. They shall ensure that their grade level
students are properly represented and well informed.
